Climate and Dress Code

Hefei has a moderate climate with low precipitation in April. The average temperature is between 50s° F (low) and 70s° F (high). The dress code for the Workshop is Business Casual. Warm clothing such as windbreakers, jackets and thin sweaters are recommended at night.

Impossibility

The CSHP-EA4HP-SH 2024 is subject to cancellation without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of the Chinese Society for Hematopathology and the Organizing Committee of the CSHP-EA4HP-SH 2024, such as acts of war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes other than those involving the employees of the contracted parties of the Workshop seeking the protection of this clause, and civil disorder.

The Chinese Society for Hematopathology and Organizers of the CSHP-EA4HP-SH 2024 are not liable for any damages and/or losses of any personal items, which may be incurred by the Workshop attendees and/or by any of their accompanying individuals, both during the official activities and going to and/or from the Workshop.
